Orders are processed within 2 business days. Printed books are delivered via trusted carriers. eBooks are available for immediate download after payment.

We accept payments by card, via PayPal, and offline bank transfers. All transactions are carried out securely through encrypted channels.
4. Returns and Complaints
Printed books can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged. Due to their digital nature, eBooks are not eligible for withdrawal or refund.
