Download & Refund Policy
After successful payment, digital publications are immediately available for download. You will receive a download link via email, and it will also be accessible in your customer account (if created).
Important Notice:
Due to the nature of digital products, once an eBook or magazine has been downloaded, the right to withdraw from the purchase or request a refund no longer applies, in accordance with § 1837 letter l) of the Czech Civil Code.
Printed Books
If you have received a printed publication that you wish to return (for example, due to damage or an order error), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@pacificit.solutions
Returns are only accepted if the item is undamaged and in the original condition in which it was delivered. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Technical Support and Download Issues
If you encounter any issues opening or downloading a file, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you in restoring access to your purchased materials.
